I'm looking for co-presenters for either a 1- or 2-hour session (open to either) on the topic of negotiations. It's been shown that historically, women are less likely then men to negotiate pay, raises, etc. I'd like to host a session on tips and success stories in negotiation, which I hope will inspire more of our women colleagues to negotiate and narrow the pay scale.
Anyone else have a success story in negotiating their job or pay?

I'd be interested potentially in co-presenting with you on negotiations in RD. I could tell my own story and offer guidance or lead activities (depending on the time available) on knowing your audience and identifying/crafting the messages that will resonate with them. Let me know if you think that would be a good fit for what you have in mind. Thanks!

I am interested in co-presenting with you on negotiations in RD. In a previous academic point, I taught courses in human resource management - specifically compensation and performance management.
